It’s only recently that I’ve developed an interest towards makeup. And while discussing this with a friend, she commented that though make-up do enhance our facial features, no amount of cosmetics can cover bad skin.
That is why I’ve now made a conscious effort to invest on keeping my skin healthy. Instead of putting on so many products, I committed to start eating right and drinking plenty of water. I also started putting together a skincare routine best suited for my skin type.

This includes supplements that would maintain healthy skin by protecting it from within like Vita – E. After researching, I found out that:

  • Vita-E contains 400 IU of vitamin E, a known antioxidant that effectively protects the cells against free radicals and gives our skin a beautiful, youthful and effortless glow.
  • Vita-E helps prevent free radicals that harm cells and contribute to the development of conditions such as stroke and cancer.
  • It also has antioxidants are also essential for the maintenance of healthy skin by protecting it from UV-induced damage.
  • Vita-E also boosts the immune system.

The beauty mantra for 2016 is ‘au naturel’ and what’s the best way to achieve this than by having healthy, glowing skin as base first — making sure that it is being taken care of from the inside.
Vita-E is recommended to be taken one capsule per day. Vita-E is SRP P14.00 per soft gel capsule, available at Mercury Drug and all other leading drugstores nationwide.
Vita-E is manufactured by ATC Healthcare International Corporation, an emerging leading company for healthcare products.

  1. Excited to try it for myself. Got pimples last January when I used VMV pressed powder and foundation. This year, too, I vow to go natural and yes take care of self from within.

  2. Vit e capsules are good, but grapeseed extract tabs are better. They are more potent in terms of antioxidant efficacy, as shown by studies. I used to take grapeseed extract tablets regularly and frequently got compliments that my face looked smoother and brighter. 🙂

    1. This is the first time I’ve heard of grapeseed extract and it soungs interesting. Would you know if it’s safe for breastfeeding mothers?
